Privacy notice

One company. Two products. One clear notice.

Version and last updated: 14 July 2026

This notice explains how Secure Radio Communications Limited handles personal data across DeskSide, Secure Radio, our websites, enquiries, trials, subscriptions and related product onboarding.

Who is responsible

Secure Radio Communications Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17234027, is the controller for information collected through desk-side.com, secure-radio.com, sales enquiries, billing administration and self-service trials.

Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. Privacy requests: operations@secure-radio.com.

What we collect

Contacts and organisations

Name, work email, phone number, company, role, team size, locations, rollout timing and enquiry context.

Trials and accounts

Email-verification state, tenant and workspace identifiers, who invited a user, named-user invitation state, licence quantity, activation state and support history.

Legal records

The document version and content hash shown, whether it was presented, acknowledged or agreed, the presentation and action times, the wording and form revision used, the verified email and related workspace, Customer and Stripe references.

Where a person acknowledges or agrees to a legal document, we also retain the source IP address, browser User-Agent and Cloudflare request identifier as supporting evidence. Those network details are encrypted separately from the permanent acceptance record and access is restricted. They help demonstrate the circumstances of an action but do not by themselves prove a person's identity.

Billing

Customer legal and billing contacts, authority confirmation, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, licence quantity, billing status, tax information and invoice references. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.

Product and security

Device identifiers, operator identity, room membership, authentication and activation records, service logs, request metadata and abuse-prevention signals. These include salted request fingerprints, rate-limit events and the result of Cloudflare Turnstile browser checks. Abuse records do not contain the raw IP address or full browser User-Agent retained with legal evidence.

DeskSide carries live voice between authorised workspace members. We do not record or archive DeskSide room audio as part of the launch service. If that changes, we will update this notice before enabling recording.

We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; we use applicable adequacy decisions or contractual transfer safeguards.

How long we keep it

Cookies and similar storage

The DeskSide website currently uses only essential hosting, security and form functionality. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to distinguish people from automated abuse and may use essential security storage. Stripe-hosted Checkout may use necessary fraud-prevention and payment cookies on Stripe's pages. If we add optional analytics or advertising technology, we will provide appropriate information and consent controls before using it.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, or withdraw consent where consent applies. Email operations@secure-radio.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Our role for customer workspaces

For a customer-managed DeskSide workspace, the customer normally decides which employees are invited and how DeskSide is used. The customer is generally the controller for that workforce data and Secure Radio Communications Limited acts as its processor. Paid Company rollouts may therefore also use a data processing addendum.

Invitations, work email and organisation management

If a workspace administrator invites you, we receive your name and work email from that administrator. The first invitation email identifies the source and links to this notice. No DeskSide access is provisioned until you verify the email, accept the Individual User Terms and acknowledge this notice.

An organisation that verifies control of a work-email domain and the authority of its administrator may later ask to manage related accounts and agreed workspaces. We will provide notice before applying organisation control where practicable. Verified administrators may manage membership, licences and administrative metadata, but DeskSide does not provide them with archived room audio because it does not record room audio at launch.

Changes

We will update this notice when the products, billing model, processors or data uses change. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated appropriately.
